sarah’s (vegan) beer bread

modified recipe from sarah h!

ingredients

  • 3 c self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 12 oz. can beer (PBR from can is best, check out what other beers are vegan here)
  • 1/2 cup Earth Balance margarine

directions
mix ingredients together. put in greased loaf pan. drizzle with margarine before putting in oven. bake 15 minutes @ 350 farenheit. take out and drizzle with margarine again. put back in oven and bake another 15 minutes. take out for third time, drizzle with margarine. put back in, bake for last 15 minutes.
